By Date" or enter a different date in "Other Arrive

You will be asked for
your shipping address in case you are sending yourself something

Please choose the shipping option that
says, "GIFT ORDER SHIPPING to Multiple

Ice Pack Charge: Whenever, in our judgement, the temperatures deem it necessary, there will be an additional charge of $3.00 for ice packs (reusable) for the first box and $1.00 for each additional box to same address.
